How can i send/read private messages, how can i read comments on my tweets?

To send private or direct messages, just click the drop-down button beside the Search area, and click Direct Messages. Then click New Message, write the username of the one your going to send the message to, example, @username.
To read comments on your tweets, just click Expand below your tweet, or just click @ Connect at the main menu, there you can see all the tweets mentioning you.
