How do I disable unnecessary Iphone data??

Storage is not data usage. Storage is how much space you have available for installing applications/etc. (think computer hard drive), and you're using very little ( 588mb out of 13000mb ).

Your actual data usage is 1.5mb ( 1mb = 1000kb ), but you should have a data plan with the iPhone, which would provide, at minimum, 200mb of use for the month. Since you turned cellular data off, this amount won't increase.

Android phones have a data usage app; not sure if the iPhone does or not, but you can also check your balance through your carrier's information numbers. These are usually programmed into your contacts- it might be *BAL or #MIN or something like that.

If you're going to disable every service, what's the point of having a smartphone?
