What happens if you 'like' and then 'unlike someones picture on facebook (Time line)?

If you like then they will get the notification but when you unlike the notification may take some time to update till the time it remains as it was before.
Now if you deactivate your account your liked information will be showed and your profile link when clicked will show up as no content found.
