Where is the 'spam inbox' on facebook?

Because I don't get facebook notifications for photo comments or photos tagged of me? I've checked the settings and they're all set to give me notifications, what's wrong with it?
All the boxes are clicked to send me notifications and facebook isnt labelled as junk mail in my hotmail, so I don't know what's wrong.

How do I subscribe to my Facebook Notifications?

If you would like to create an RSS Feed for your Facebook Notifications you can do so by going to your Inbox and selecting the Notifications tab. On the following page will be the option to "Subscribe to Notifications" on the right. After clicking "Your Notifications", Facebook will generate an RSS Feed that you can save to your bookmarks folder and view in your browser. You will now have an auto-updating RSS Feed that alerts you of important things on Facebook involving your account (i.e. Wall posts, photo tags etc).

I went to my inbox, there is not Notifications tab! Why wont facebook send me emails??

Normally they send notification on your email. Check Spam folder of your mail box.

those notifications go to your email not your facebook profile. check your email and possibly your spam folder in your email.

On facebook itself?
Click on view all notifications and on the side make sure feed comments and photos is checked
