Facebook automatically e-mails me notifications/Blackberry?

I check off the boxes under my settings. Then next thing I know, I get an e-mail notification for something that I have unchecked.

This is recent, and the only change is that I have a Blackberry now. So, I receive an e-mail both on my computer and phone about Facebook notifications that I could care less about. I will go back onto my settings, and the boxes that I unchecked just a day before are back to being checked.

what i did when this problem , is i removed my phone from the facebook then i put back up and un checkmarked everything that i didnt need and it worked , i got a blackberry 8900 if thats helps

Maybe you forgot to click the "save changes" button located at the bottom of the page. if it's not that then I think you should e-mail Facebook and ask for some help.
