Why didn't she answer me back?

I met this girl at the bookstore, needless to say we hit it off, she was asking so many questions and invested in the conversation so much that I knew she was interested. At the end of the conversation she asked me for my facebook, I asked her why not the number and she told me "lets start as friends first and see where it goes. She faceook messeged me

Her: As a token of our new friendship, I would like you to show me a cool place to hang out.

I took 19 days to get back with her because I didn't get the notification.

Me: Totally just now reading this, I would love to see you when are you free to get together.

Next day

Her: Wednesdays are free mostly, best times for me is on weekends.

Me: (I write down the time and address).



After I set of the meeting she never responded. Is it a sign of low interest or is it just that she's got the info and there is no reason to messege back. I hope she understands that It was not intentional on my part to wait so long to get back to her.
