how do i unlike a fan groups on facebook?

i have about 190 fans/groups on facebook. i do not want to become a fan of all of them. i know that you can go to the bottom of the page and click unlike on every single one. i am sure there is a quiker way.

please help me!!!

Okk so top right is account, hit that then hit edit friends,
all your friends, pages etc should come up.
on the left are your pages.
Click it and then there are 'x' to easily delete the pages in a snap
