What Facebook Groups Have I left?

Is there any way I can find out what facebook groups that I left? I want to join one again but I can't remember the name at all and the only way for me to get back in would be to see when I left. Is it possible to click somewhere to see what groups you have left?

Go into your computer, go to where its at your favorites, then go to history. Click on facebook and it will come up with tabs. Once you click on the right tab, it will bring you to the page.

if you posted in the group you can google search your name and facebook to see if it pops up in the search results.
if not. no you are out of luck unless you know someone else in the group you were in and can ask them
