facebook groups + fan pages?

i have 'become a fan' of so many groups and joined so many pages on facebook
i now want to remove myself from all of them
is there another way to do that insted of going onto each page, scrolling down and clicking remove
because it would take to long
as i have so many
please help!!

Go to your friends Page
There should be a tab somewhere that says PAGES
It shows all fan pages and lets you remove them by hovering over then and clicking the red X
