How to delete all your facebook groups and fan pages fast?

i have too many but how do i delete them fast
because i dont really want to go through them 1 by 1 deleting them

i asked the same question a few months back because me and loads of my other friends had to many pages turns out that ther is nothing you can do about it and if thats what u really wanna do (delete them all) then its one by one some of my fiends made another account though
