I do not use Facebook and have not any idea what kind of email they send but to get IP address and other information;s from any received email you need to analyze email header because it contain all information;s about sender.
You can copy/paste email header from any email that you would like to trace back into free email tracking tools below:
http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/email-t...header.php
http://www.find-ip-address.org/email-sea...-email.php

And you will get instantly all information's about sender.
