You cannot delete Facebook notification yourself. Old notifications are deleted automatically after a week or so.

um if you mean on your email you have to go to settings and notifications and change it . if you mean on your wall you have to click on the page saying it and turn them off were it says liked , i think those are the only ways...

You cannot delete notifications. They will automatically go away after some time.
