Annoying Spotify emails?

I'm getting real sick of these "Spotify" (a part of Facebook) emails saying that (name) added a track to their play list, I don't even have an account! and people say the solution is to change some settings when you log in.... and I don't even want an account.
I'd be really grateful if you know how to stop these notifications!

just go below the e-mail and there would be an option saying - click here to unsubscribe / stop receiving these e-mails .
Just click there and you will not receive them ever after
