How can I make Blackberry Facebook Notifications not ring but still get them?
I have the facebook application on my blackberry. I don't mind that it notifies me by having the little red asterick sign on it or placing a message in my message inbox but I just don't want it to ring or vibrate when facebook messages appear. How do I do that?

Go to Profiles (where you choose vibrate, normal, loud, etc.) and then go to Advanced. Choose the setting you use most often, for example normal. Then you'll see Facebook appear and click that. Make the out of holster setting: None, and the In Holster Setting: None

Just to be on the safe side, change the volume to mute.
