Does anyone know why i dont get any facebook notifications on my Galaxy S Vibrant at all?

I downloaded and uninstalled the fb app for android like a million times to see if itll help, still no . Only time i get a notification is if someone inboxes me and i actually go into the fb app. What do i do?

If you exit out of Facebook, you're closing out of the app and it's no longer running. You have to make sure that the app is running in the background (check your task manager) in order to get your Facebook notifications. They say that if you use the back arrow button to exit out of the app, that closes it. Always press the home button if you want to keep the app running when you want to get back to the home screen.
