Ugghhh, this guy keeps harassing!?

So I joined a video game clan called H2O, it's a subsidiary of PMS. PMS is girl gamers and H2O is for guy gamers who play with girl gamers. Well, there is this one really creepy guy called [m]H2O Commando[/m] (link), and he is extremely creepish. I believe he may have only joined to stalk the girls (or worse, the guys). He keeps harassing me at every turn. At first it was subtle, but now he is implying things about me. For example, someone asked people to follow her on Twitter, and so I replied by saying "I'm following you." (direct quote), and he replied by saying "Why am I not surprised you're following them... lol" (direct quote). That's not all, he goes to great lengths to harass me in posts (never by PM or visitor messages).

I never even met this guy before (assuming he is actually a guy and a girl or spambot), so why does he have a problem with me? He really gives off this creeper vibe, perhaps that is what he is going for, or perhaps it is unintentional. I'm not sure what I should do. I am considering asking him why he has a problem with me (and possibly report him if he gives a stupid answer or doesn't reply), or should I just report him right now. One of his favorite things to do is to call me a "transvestite", because my Xbox Live avatar is a girl (which is perfectly normal, a lot of guys have girl avatars, in fact, one may consider it more normal than a guy having a guy avatar). Any ideas on how I should take care of this bozo?

And I watch too much CSI and Criminal Minds to leave that as is.
Guys being a creep and you have reasons to report him with the name calling, i'm pretty sure that that is Cyber Bullying...
