Is there a way to automatically block all app requests on facebook?

Pretty self explanitory, i keep getting notifications of people inviting me to god awful games and i hate it.

Go to Facebook privacy setting .. You will see the option called blocked people and app > click on the blue underlined text next to the option..in the app section just copy and paste all the app name in the box and block ...so u wont receive any notification ..
If not when u get the notification..click on to view it..then u will see 'X' to remove..click on that..after u clicked on it ..u will also see the block this app in the same page..u can also block from there
