How to get the most out of your android phone.?

I'm 16 years old and I have a starter like android phone. I had it for like 6 or 7 months and I wanna know how to get the most out of it. Any suggestion on any apps. And btw I have the kyocera milano, its a pretty nice phone if you ask me. And also there is like this thing on the front of the phone. I'm not talking about the notification led, its something else, I wonder if it is a front facing camera, cause I hope it is, I hope there is a update where it can be enabled.

You can get most of your phone by downloading the applications which are downlaoded more than 10 million people. I will tell you just 2-3 names. Whatsapp, facebook for android and Temple run.
